sounds good, well done to all.

how many teams took part and how many teams qualify for the next stage of the lexus.

Where do they fish the next stage.

sounds like a team and individual in the one day off the bank.

Is the lexus team comp not one for fishing from boats.

Anyway.

Well done to all.

Aye No surprises there. Superb yet again.

Looked like a bit of a one horse race as far as the Teams were concerned.
Get the impression only 3 teams entered. How many go thru.

Where is the next round of qualifying for the teams and how many teams actually took part. Anybody know this.

What happened to the Lexus qualifier they ran in Ireland last year. Has this gone from 15 Irish Teams to 3 Irish Teams.

OO

No reply here at all.

Interested to know how many teams took part in order to get one team thru to the final.

Wish the Lexus heats over here were that easy

I think there was supposed to be a heat on Lough Lene (Westmeath) back in April ,The ITFFA club championships were held on Lene the week before and i didn't hear anyone mention the Lexus to be honest.

Most teams worth their salt dont fish in a lake not much bigger than rutland boat dock, especially when the lexus is a boat comp and woodford has 1 or 2 boats. Maybe you should go over and try to qualify yourself it looks like they need some competition.

I can't comment on Woodford fishery as i have never fished at the place ,but if the Lexus competition is a boat competition as you say surely a bigger venue with more boats would have been more appropriate ,Tildarg,Straid,Parklake and Eskragh all have at least half a dozen boats and if needed the competition could have been fished over a few different heats .Lough Lene would be the more obvious choice though due to the availability of large numbers of boats the size of the lough at around 1000 acres would be more acceptable to most teams imho .

Default Wee Bit Cramped

I wasn't running down the fishery don't get me wrong, i was just commenting on the size mainly, as you say there is quite a lot of other fishery's but still even these couldn't handle 16 teams as in the previous year .What happened it wasn't held on lene this year? Maybe someone knows and can enlighten us

I fished the Lexus qualifiers at Woodford, first time ive fished the lexus though so not sure on the politics of it

This was my first time at Woodford and it was two excellent days, despite it being bright, red hot and still and the fishing being very hard, the banter was top notch and you wont get a more welcoming place or bunch of people.

Well done to all that fished and qualified and well done to Team Woodford Greys, all of those boys can fish from bank or boat. Good luck in the finals.
