I am finding this very confusing.
How can you enter a competition if you don't know it exists, or when it is?

Should all competition dates be advertised on the TEFF ( as they are England Team Qualifiers) site at least 2 months before the cut off date for entry??

Please excuse my ignorance if this is in place, but I cant find it.
As the TEFF is part of the Angling Trust, are they advertised on there site?
Again I cant find it!!!

How can we encourage people to enter if its not Advertised.

It's funny but the Cornwally /Devon, peninsula is it, appeared on here last year a week before the comp with all places already taken. It's hardly encouraging people to take part!

All very disappointing really!

Full information about the South East FF Federation rivers qualifier was posted in advance on the Team England FF website on 9th September.

These details appeared both on the home page, and also on the South East Federation’s web-page within the TEFF website. In addition to mailings to previous entrants, information also appeared in local club newsletters, including this article which appeared in the October edition of the Bewl Bridge FFC’s Bewl Angle.

This publicity attracted five first-timers to this event. As always, we are pleased to welcome anyone who wishes to take part in rivers qualifiers. In the past we’ve had as many as 30 taking part in this event, which this venue is able to accommodate.

Just be clear, Team England FF is what was formerly known as the Confederation of English Fly Fishers. To access the TEFF website from the Angling Trust website, go to ‘Competitions’ and click on ‘Game Competitions’.
