The 2009 champ Ken Oliver led the way into the Carron Valley Masters by winning the second semi.
He had a haul of 12 trout, with James Litster not far behind on 10. Reigning champ James Fairlie also made it through.

Max McKinstrie and Peter Edge cannot make the final so two others were “bumped up”. Kenny McLean is the wildcard from the previous heat who will be invited to the final to even up the pairings.
