Now be honest Captain. Did you actually see any of Jim's Flies !!!! I have doubts as to whether or not they actually exist. He been promising to send me some of his 'top patterns' for ages now but nothing has arrived. I have a theory that he just uses bare hooks that have had some dark and mysterious spell cast over them, possibly even worse, he is the 'Dr Dolittle of the fishing world and simply talks to them and persuades them to get hold of his leader.

Only joking. Well done Jim and your uncle probably sent his regards as you were passing, even though you did not call in for a cuppa.

Been a while since i've fished Bank House...... got the travel time mixed up with Stocks .... found out the hard way that i needed an extra half hour .... then lost more time on the road ..... 9am start finished my campian

Yep true Golden Balls!! Oi, with my ethical method of 'Fly' fishing, I was winning at the half way stage....... rubber hooks to blame mate! Others lost fish too Jim gave me a few of his bunch o' worms flies but I couldnt catch with em......

Thanks lads good crack with martin throughout the comp defo had rubber hook ittis and of course i gave him the right flies why wouldnt i martin knows the score just watch him in the next round will see yous at the next heat Chatton sun 5th june
