A strong field with 27 entries at Seighford Lakes.

Individual Heat.

Interchangeable weather conditions made for a tricky match, but it was World Team member Howard Croston that managed to hold off the mighty Dixons..... Hardy & Greys manager Croston was quick to adapt. As cloud cover came in Howard was ready in targeting fish on the dries.......then changing to subsurface methods when the sun broke through..... His tactics kept him in touch with the fish and ahead of the field, earning him top spot.

Individual results are as followed;

1st Howard Croston with 9 fish
2nd Mike Dixon with 6 fish
3rd Martin Dixon with 5 fish
4th Phil Dixon with 4 fish

Martin Dixon is unable to make the Final....... moving Phil Dixon into 3rd qualifying place.

Team Heat.

Current National Team Champions, Team Seighford held a narrow victory over the Hardy/Greys Team. Following a tense weigh off ....... that was decided by mere ounces Team Seighford took top honours. As current champions the Seighford men will recieve an automatic Final invite.

2nd Hardy Greys with 15 fish ( Qualifiers ).
3rd Serial Blankers with 5 fish
