As anyone ever been band from the troutmaster comp and if so why?

I fished a Troutmasters final many years ago on Grafham. A guy came in with an unusually large number of fish from the bank session. (cant remember how many)

An angler who was fishing from the boats reported he had seen him collecting fish from the waters edge. Turns out the cheat had been fishing Grafham all week and leaving dead fish along the north shore.

The same cheat was caught taking a large dead fish around fisheries and collecting troutmaster badges for it!

It all left a bad taste as it was all hushed up.

I've never entered the comp since and never will.
