Fished semi today, 4 fish for 7lbs 14oz, cut off was 12lbs something and 12 went through. All fish on an orange blob, ghost tip and midge tip along the north shore and along the dam. Guy I was paired with got through using the same methods I was. Lots of fish getting caught along the dam so if anyones fishing on friday thats where I would start. Fish hard in the morning because I had three in the first hour then one for the rest of the day,lost as many with the barbless hooks, scunnered!! Couple of big fish caught around 8lbs. Plenty browns getting caught up at carron bay on dries although not very big, one guy had 3 for 1lb 8oz (youd need plenty of them to get through)

I even managed to catch a tagged fish, what did I win? hee-haw thats what, the tag was from the cancer comp a couple of days ago. There was me thinking I had won a hunder quid or something...fat chance.
