Rio won it, Pirates were second with 47 fish, Invicta third Loop 4th.

Sadly I was otherwise engaged on dog show duty.

PP will be home soon and I am sure he will be posting.........................

Well done Stewart and the pirates, great result. Best wishes going forward.

Did you fish Phil? I didn't fish at all this weekend, I've been tying flies for young Mr Holroyd

Thanks lads!

A storming win by Rio Draycote Flyers, 48 fish for 120lb 15.5oz. Huge well done to Dave, Craig, Andy, Peter, Mark and Lee, great bunch of lads.

Great result for the Pirates in 2nd, 47 fish for 101lb 4.1oz, Graham Watson (Watson's Fancy), Iain Robertson (Troutfisher), James Britten, Phil longstaff (Chickenfish) and Bart Farmer, you lads fished your tits off, superb.

A bit eerie not having you around actually Charlie.

Congratulations to the other teams who qualified, Invicta, Loop, Cormorants, Hanningfield and GWFFA, well done lads.

The Pirate.

A very big well done to the Draycote boy's - outstanding performance on the day with a full house. Also to the Pirates who were only one fish behind. Congratulations to all the other teams that qualified. Once again, Grafham Water produced a quality days fishing despite very hot and difficult conditions. Those that fished in Savages, mostly had an exceptional day with some cracking rainbows and browns. Thanks to John Mees and his team for a fantastic days fishing again, long may it continue.
