Did anyone fish this on Sunday? I was out and met a couple of lads on the bank who were in the competition, just wondering what the results were and how it fished.

I managed 1 for about 10oz , hope the competitors fared better than me.

Graham Pearson fished the match...he weighted in 1 for about 1.5lb.....and he went home at 2:00pm..

I didn't fish it as i qualified at Grafham last weekend....but i had 5 before 2:00pm (2 off old hall, 1 off the finches and 2 off blue pipes) then i deceded it was the pub

as for the result....no idea at all...

Troutmasters fish off
Fished at Rutland Water on Sunday 18 April and won by Kieran Bonas with six fish for 15lb 15½oz (including two over wintered Rainbows weighing 4lb 4¼oz and 3lb 8oz). Kieran will be representing Rutland Water in this year’s final hosted by Grafham Water.
2nd Neil Squires 3 fish for 5lb 10¾oz
3rd Keith Jones 2 fish for 4lb 8oz.

I think the bright weather pushed the fish out from the shore a bit, I didn't see many being caught that evening
