Murloc Lake is hosting this years first Irish Airflo Classic Bank International Heat on Saturday 5th June. This competition is run by CEFF for anglers across the UK and Ireland.

The competition is for teams and individuals. A team is made up of 3. Registration is £17.50 per angler which entitles you to receive a free Airflo Intermediate Line.

This competition is one of the friendliest around. It is open to all anglers wishing to meet for a bit of craic and compete from the bank. Fishing on the day costs £12.50 and there are Airflo Prizes for the top 5 anglers at least. In addition the top anglers win the opportunity to fish the grand Final at Elinor Lake, England in October.

There are runours that a few irish personalities are taking part although blobby blobby is still considering whether to venture out for the day - let's hope so
