I suffered the same for a good 6 months a few years ago. Couldn't even pick up a pint!

3 different people recommended a copper band with magnets in it....how I scoffed at their pagan ways.

Anyway, 6 months later I bought one, wore it on my wrist and within the month was 100% cured so took it off. The pain came back within 5 days so i but the bangle back on and have been fine ever since.

Don't ask me how, but it works!

PS. You can buy them ay most chemists.

Magnetictherapy.com

I cured one bout with these but not subsequent ones.

I have found exercises you can find on YouTube (search "tennis elbow") and Glucosamine tablets help.

I used to have tennis elbow kept losing my grip in my right hand. Went to the doc's and he gave me cortisone injections in the elbow not had any problems since and that was over 20 years ago. So have a word with your Doctor.

I dont have any advice, i thought the wife had fishers elbow.
When my alarm goes of at 6am to go fishing, i would get a elbow in the ribs.

I have heard the copper bands work on joint pains only problem is your wrist goes black.

Not got a cure mate but I get relief waring a neoprene velcro fastening band pulled tight round my forearm just below my elbow. This means your muscle
doesnt pull directly at your elbow.Had the problem for about 10 yrs and two
steroid injections later still there.Just had steroid in shoulder two wks ago
that seems to of worked.Ive been told Carpet fitting and flyfishing isnt helping
but need to do one to do the other,
Ultra sound hurts like hell for a couple of hours after its done but then I get total relief, until I use my arm then its back.
