Can anyone let me know of changes that they would introduce to their International qualification systems..........a comic element to cheer up people from the winter doom and gloom would be appreciated.....

Apparently, there is to be a gigantic eliminator to be held on one of the shallow loughs in mid-August (to ensure the temperatures are in the mid 30's).

After all of the anglers have failed to catch a fish the selection process will then be based on a points system.

The full set of criteria for the allocation of points has not yet been decided, but I can confirm that points will be awarded for the following:

Owns a green car - 2 pts
Red hair - 1 pt
Red bushy mutton chops - 5 pts
Can drink a pint of Guinness through a straw in under 20 seconds - 10 pts
Has experience on International Venue - minus 10 pts
Can carry 14 pints from the bar to the meeting room without spillage - 10 pts

The beauty of this system is that it is far simpler than the current system, which has been explained to me at least 3 times and I still can't remember how it works.

In fact, this could be a good game...

Can anyone else suggest other criteria that could be used for allocation of points?

Classic stuff Graham.....I have a big red head on me before and after a few pints so I would be a cert to qualify....I could think of a few others who would qualify as well
