Yes, lets hope all the teams have a good day on the River Taff!!

I was fishing with some of the competitors on Tuesday; they were very enthusiastic about the river and the competition, although the river is a little low and the weather forecast is for clear sky's and bright sunshine.

Lets hope they all catch something on Friday!

Lots of luck!

I'm sure it will be a tip top competition judging by the standard of the anglers taking part. One thing is certain though, whatever happens and whoever wins, they will all be mates tomorrow night at the dinner. That's what competition fishing should be all about at all levels.

And I bet there will be no cheats in any of the teams on the Taff tomorrow.

Well done lads......bl o o dy good result and congratulations to Phil on his result.

Given last year's close call, the anglers involved and the venue, it's not a major surprise that Wales won, although I hasten to add that it was never a forgone conclusion. What has astounded me is that Scotland were last!!!

What the hell happened there lads?
