What do you all think should happen?

Banned from Comp fishing for life.

Thats my thoughts OO but why can't he be named in the mags?????? The fact is that he may well be able to continue comp fishing as so many will be non the wiser.

I think that Trout Fisherman has really let it's self down by just putting its head in the sand.

I'm Affraid the Orange one is right, nothing will happen with this. But at least we all know now and if we pass the word around this guy will hopefully get the message that everybody knows he's a cheat.

Can someone clarify where the non-gentleman in question hails from as there may be more than one dave cook e.g. I know one and would hate to think it was him...

As it would be rather difficult for Trout Fisherman to actually have an article in the magazine about this issue without someone wanting to sue them for liable. How about one of you more articulate chaps on the forum write a letter to the editor, this could then be printed in the letters section addressing the issue thus giving Trout Fisherman the chance to make a statement/reply.

What a good idea. But they could get 1000 letters on the subject and still pretend it never happened.

I wonder whether this chap caught his biggest fish from the bank in the 2008Troutmasters Final?????

I'm sure one of you more organised people who keep old copies of the TF would be able to scan his photo from last years report and post it up on here.

I know it wouldn't get around to every fishery but it would be a start. Just a suggestion.
