The weekend of the 6/7 June is the date for the annual European Open Bank Championship held on Llyn Clywedog in Mid Wales.

This competition is open to anyone with dailey prizes for individuals, ladies, youths. Overall prizes for team of 3 and top individual prize of £500 with Trophy. Fishing is from 10am till 4pm

All anglers start at Bwlch y Gle car park the start point and at 10am head out in cars or on foot to there chosen bank spot. The competition is fished to fishery rules with no bag limit!
