Default Spring International at Chew

Unfortunately I won't be around for the next week or so to enjoy the feisty banter that will ensue from this hotly contested match. I shall be fishing the mighty Corrib for 8 days solid!

I wish my close friends and fellow countrymen from England all the very best of luck in the competition. Be brave, Be bold and you're sure to take Gold!

I hope my friends from Ireland and Wales come equal second (if you melt your silvers and bronzes together and then re-cast them, you may end up with look-a-like gold medals)

I hope the unsociable scots pick up wood as that is all they deserve for not joining in the fun.

To one and all - Enjoy the competiton, take the time circulate and you will make friends for life. Are you listening scotland?

GH

In my experience they haven't joined in bahbah.

I don't beleive it's what the team wants so it must be either the scottish management and/or the captains choice, that the team are not allowed to socialise until after the match.

Such a shame and a missed opportunity in my honest opinion.

I see where your coming from grasshopper, ive noticed this in the last few internationals myself,at the end of the day its a week off work to enjoy the fishing and the craic[although us Irish tend to overdo it at the bar], meet new friends and go out on match day and fish your **** off, having a regimental attitude to the week is a bit anal in my opinion

Well done boobybasher, you've just proved what I'm saying.

That chip on the old shoulder must weigh heavy.

I think you'll find Grasshopper has very long arms. NEVER get on the Stella with Grasshopper, many good men have perished along the path to righteousness in this great mans presence.

Perhaps this is why the Scots don't drink with you GH, THEY HAVE MORE SENSE!!!

GH, I expect to see a few naturist photo's from the islands next week - your responsibility in my absence.
