Default Drogues.Nationals

I note that for this year drogues are to be allowed, and set rules are in place ,But the proposed lifting of the drogue under power has not been included in the rules for this year, I will propose it next year.

Jim, I'm sure that can be added at the brief - not ideal, but no drama. BTW, congratulations on your election to t'committee!

The specification for drogues went out with draw papers, presumably to ensure any drogues brought on the day were suitable. Limited space to put everything in and not all club secretaries pass it all on to the anglers.

The rules regarding the use of the drogue on the day are not required beforehand, it will presumably be covered by the briefing including not using it under power, which angler decides when it is used etc.

What was agreed at the agm should be applied and a bit premature to be considering raising it at the next agm.
