Default Trout Masters

I was wondering how a water becomes a Trout Masters venue?
Is there a Criteria?

Thanx for the Replies.
I was wondering because I had noticed Woodhouse Fishery in Newton Le Willows was listed in TF as a Trout Masters.

If a payment is all that is required.....I understand why.

Joeb
To become a troutmaster water you apply to troutfisherman magazine and then pay an annual amount dependant on which package you choose to do.
You then hold each year a fish off at that fishery, which the winner goes to represent it at the troutmaster final.
simple as that.
