This year I am joining a club that fishes to proper competition rules.

Does anyone have a link to a list of rules?

I know about hook and fly lengths also only one made up rod in a boat but I am sure there are a lot more I will need to know

I'm joining you and the others at Hanningfield, it was Vince that told me about the matches being competition rules.

Doesn't matter at Rib so I thought I'd better find out what the rules are

Its basically just fly size, no weighting and fishing over the front of the boat, although the link Graham sent shows the full set.

Vince always puts new menbers with experienced boat anglers for their first couple of matches at Hanningfield, so you will go out with someone who will explain all.
