I'd just like to say a big Thank You to Stuart Minnikin for organising the ENGLAND INTERNATIONAL TEAM SELECTION - YORKSHIRE REGION RIVER ELIMINATOR 2006 on Saturday 20th May.
I think everyone had a great time even if the conditions were not exactly ideal and somewhat soggy. I learned a lot just from taking part and I'm sure a lot of the others did too. I think everyone who took part and stuck at it to the end deserves some credit.
Also a big Thank You to Paul Page for officiating, and encouraging everyone, especially those who fished the afternoon (I can't say as I shared much of his optimism at lunchtime when he stated that he was sure some fish would be caught in the afternoon, but fair play he was right).

As far as I am aware the results were that the following people Qualified to go on to fish the Finals on the Dart in July -:
