Sunday saw the anglers of Wales compete in the qualifiers to fish the International on the River Taff next year.

Two anglers were already carried though from previous years, Allen Hughes and Kieron Jenkins. The trial on the weekend was to decide the remaining three places and a reserve spot...

Top 4 anglers were

Terry Bromwell
Sean Jones
Sion Lewis

And Neil Ashman who made reserve.

I must say a huge congratulations to my mate Terry Bromwell, (fishstalker) on winning the Welsh river trials and to gain his first cap, after being reserve in Scotland last year.. Also to Sion on achieving his first cap, and Sean on again qualifying for the team.
