Is the Menteith Osperys a new team? haven't heard of them .They seem to be the team to beat on the lake just now. Not been up there much to see whats going on. Only managed out on local puddle.

Stuggie6, he wishes he was 35!!!!!! but the magic of the press took ten years of him. Silver Wilkie needs new batteries for the old hearing aid he's a middleage fart at 45 but they say forty is the new thirty.

Default lexus team semi-final qualifiers

I had heard somewhere that infact prior to the semi-final taking place that the Menteith ospreys had declared -that should they qualify for the final, they would be unable to fish it due to national team commitments.

Dont know if im 100% right on this one? but i think so. As a result of this the Angus Lads who finished 3rd(2nd technically) would actually qualify for the final.

Thats right Robster, the final takes place in the week prior to the Scottish national final, so we decided due to practising for the national final and having previously secured an Anglian water Fulling Mill final place we would decline the offer of a Lexus final place
