They recently released a series of competitions in Feb, May, and Nov that pay out 10k dollars in prize money each competition. They are held in Cherokee North Carolina on the Raven Fork River. Info for them is as Fish Cherokee.

Although I am a die hard Fips competitor I think its great to be able to go fish a fips rules tournament and win some serious money. Id love to see some of you guys come over. If you do let me know, we will fish!
