We will be opening up for Boxing Day, and we have a few things for you to have a go at...

The angler who has the Biggest fish of the day. That is killed and weighed at the lodge will receive a bottle of whiskey.

The angler who catches and kills the first fish of the day and returns to the lodge with the fish straight away will receive a free days fishing (including 2 fish) in 2012.

The angler who has the best Brace of fish on the day will also receive a free days fishing (including 2 fish) in 2012.

The angler who catches the most fish through the day will receive a full 4 fish free ticket for the following year.

For all of the above prizes, you must purchase minimum of a 2 fish ticket.
It is ONE prize per angler.

There will also be FREE Stew, tea and coffees served all day...and please help yourself to mince pies.

Fishing will be from 8am to dusk and for more information get in touch with the lodge.

Hopefully this great weather will be stay with us for a couple more days for Boxing day to be on. Plenty of people will be here so just turn up on the day any time.

A great day was had by everyone with the top 8 anglers all winning prizes. The fishery will be open as normal on New Years Eve so come and see us for that last trip of the year.

Hey well it won you the prize!!! You catch far too many fish anyway all the best and see you in the new year if not before.

Someone has to keep the fishery catch average up in order to make you look good
