Default Sponsorship For Irish Fly Fishing Team

Trying to get a bit of fundraising started for the Irish Fly Fishing Team for the Spring International on Lough Sheelin. Just getting started with 2 listings of quality items on ebay.

A big thanks to the Kelly Kettle Company and to World Of Survival for sponsoring the two listed items. We are on the lookout for sponsorship so if anyone is interested in helping out or has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it. I will do my very best to promote and highlight any company or individual that helps out.

Please check out the following links

Happy bidding, and bids from members of the English, Welsh and Scottish teams are more than welcome I might even throw in a few nice flies to the winning bidder

I have been donated a signed Irish Rugby shirt to aid the fundraising for the team. It is signed by Rugby greats such as O'Driscoll, O'Connell and O'Brien. It is signed by nearly everyone of the Irish World Cup Rugby squad.

Please see the attached link and happy bidding......the Irish Fly Fishing team for Lough Sheelin will appreciate any help that it can receive. Many thanks.

Hi Martin and congrats on your new position as manager of the English team. Lough Sheelin should prove to be a very enjoyable International. The hotel is on the shore of the lake and the local club will pull out all the stops to make sure that it is a really memorable occasion for all of those involved.

If the weather comes right on the week, there might be some great trout caught. There are plenty of 4, 5, 6,7 and 8lb trout in the lough. Trouble will be wrangling them out, but it will be fun trying. Very much weather dependant like any of the Irish loughs.

Looking forward to meeting up with you and the rest of the lads when ye are over and a few pints of the black stuff will be in order

The team and I are looking forward to what should be a fantastic International with you guys as hosts! Re the black stuff?... Looking like the squad may be travelling early on the Saturday, so I may allow them Saturday night on the guiness... just to acclimatise them on the proper stuff heh heh

Have been kindly donated 6 classic books by a member of the Irish Team, with all funds going to support the Irish Team on Lough Sheelin. Please take a look and hopefully they will be well received and will find a good home. I have listed them in the following section of the forum Fishing Tackle Classifieds > Other Fishing Equipment/Clothing/Books/DVD's etc.
