Any of the other forum members fishing this 'Invitation Team Event' on 6th August at Grafham?

No thank goodness as Grafham has been rock hard the last couple of weeks.

I hate to agree that Grafham is rock hard at the moment with the a rod average of 0.7ish
per angler in the recent Major League comp on Wednesday.
Loads of blanks.

It's better than work though.

The last time i fished the match we had a team of 6 anglers....so had the combined weight of those 6 anglers...straight forward enough....no time bonus etc.....

Grafham Water Flyfishers (the hosts) had 21 anglers fishing the match...guess what they picked the best 6 bags at the weigh in and they still only just won.....i've never bothered to fish it since..

Russ I hope you and G whack a few.....show them who's the daddy !!
