Well done to BIGREX overall winner on Monday at the CHAS charity day at the lake with 15 fish ,it was a great day out and the weather was kind to,A big thanks should go to Kevin McCabe for the time and effort he puts in to running the charity day the total raised on Monday was £5216 with still some guys still to hand in there sponsership,It was great to see Quint and Douglas rods in hand trying to catch a fish or two,This is a good cause so keep your eyes open next year for the details going on the board at lake about the comp the more guys fishing means more sponsership for the kids hospices,

Yes Toshy, Well said, wee Kevin McCabe deserves a lot of credit for all the time and effort he puts into organising the CHAS day,unfortunately it falls around Scottish Clubs/Champion of Champs time and I couldn"t get the time off to attend, but a big well done to all who entered and raised such a great sum of money for charity

sorry i lied to you on the day but thats fishing m8. a big weel done to kevin and all the anglers who took part and a thanks to all who gave up some cash for a great cause. It was a great days fishing at the lake and thans to my boat partner michel low who was a grand chap to have in the boat.
