Hi All.

I'm donating this Framed Fully Dressed Salmon Fly named the "Welsh Lady" to raise funds for the Welsh Ladies International Fly Fishing Team competing in the International in Bewl Water on 26th May 2011. Unlike other National sports, the Team have to raise their own funds.

If it helps maintain and promote the Ladies National Team by raising a few quid then I'll be a happy man!

Bids are welcomed here, and it will appear also on Facebook - on various friends pages, including Charles Jardine and Hywel Morgan who have kindly agreed to this.

The Frame will be on display at the Welsh Fly Fair in the Pontardawe Leisure Centre on the 23rd and 24th April 2011.

The Bidding will end on Sunday the 24th April at 5pm, and the winner will obviously be the highest Bid from Flyforums, Facebook or from the Flyfair.

Bidding will be completely transparent, therefore a Name, and Town of residence would be appreciated on the public forums.

The Fly will be mounted in the Frame in the pictures (unless you specify differently - I can arrange a different wood or Mount Colours by request and at cost price) and will have "Welsh Lady" inscribed beneath.

Thank you to Meical Roberts, Caernarfon for his bid of £75.00. Mike unfortunately is not on the Forum but had been told about it and phoned with his bid!

Sorry been away this weekend gone. Had a bid of £80 from Phil Thomas on Friday. Then Meical Roberts was very apologetic towards Phil (he said, right enough, how much of a gentleman Phil is!) and then raised his bid to £90 earlier today! Big thanks to Phil and Meical. Regards. Shane
