I see that the Northern Ireland Fly Fishing Association have recently applied to join Fips Mouche.

I presume that if they are successful they will be eligible to fish the new Bank International match.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes for an application to be accepted/rejected - I've spoken to quite a few anglers recently who would be keen to compete.

If this all went ahead and if the World or European Championships ever came to Norn Iron. Well, we have some very fine rivers, and some rainbow fishing and some great lough style fishing.

That would be very interesting.
