On Thursday 03-Dec-2009 Stuart Crofts is delivering a talk for Disley & New Mills AC titled "Put the fly back into your Fly-Fishing"

Winner of the 2009 Bernard Venables award, Stuart Crofts, delivering a presentation "looking at how to read natures signals as an aid to fly choice on a river. This is full of new information and hopefully will make the complex world of entomology and fly-fishing a little easier to understand".

Doors open 7.45, for a prompt 8.00 pm start. Members and non-members £3 per head, please pay on the door.

Any forumites in the North West who have an available couple of hours tomorrow evening should certainly try to get to this talk. I've heard Skippy speak on many occasions and he's always entertaining and educational.

Come on folks. It's only £3 and they have Peroni as well

I can endorse this. I learnt more about angling entomology in an hour with Stuart than I would have believed possible. The guy is a legend!

If there was anyone who had a right to be smug and superior it's him but his delivery is the complete opposite.
