Default Southern FFF Xmas Bash II - The Sequel

*** SORRY - THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO LACK OF SUPPORT ***

Anglers of the South Unite!

Actually, wherever you reside, you are more than welcome to join us for a Southern FFF pre Xmas event at Woodington Fishery, Hampshire on Sunday, 29th November 2009.

Following on from last years meet at this fishery, which was hailed as a great success by those who attended, John and Amanda have invited us back due to our good behaviour last year (and a large envelope of cash for the major dent we put in their fish stocks).

Woodington is a truly wonderful winter fishery, coupled with a great catch and release policy and some of the best tasting food found at any angling venue, this event is a real pre Christmas treat.

The format for this year is the choice of two tickets; a Gold Ticket which entitles you to catch and keep two fish from the big fish pool followed by catch and release from the other three lakes or a Silver Ticket which entitles you to keep your first two fish followed by catch and release (excludes the big fish pool).

The pricing is:

Gold Ticket (limited numbers) £ 42:00

Silver ticket £ 25:00

Food £ 10:00
(Two bacon rolls for breakfast, Amanda’s famous toad-in-the-hole and dessert for lunch and all the tea/coffee and mince pies you can manage)

If you need any further convincing, please see the following links:

If you would like to come and enjoy the fun, please reply to this thread stating which ticket you require and if you would like/not like food.

Merry Fishmas.

I can vouch that this is a great day out. John and Amanda are fantastic hosts and treat everyone with warm friendship.

Unfortunatly, I cannot make the 29th and am gutted. I have a proir work commitment which I cannot get out of nor change the date.

For all those who can attend, have a great day out as I'm sure you will.

Cheers

Sounds great Gav

Please count me in - might as well have a gold ticket and grub.

Nigel - sorry to hear you've got work to do on that day - you've still got 4 weeks to plan or engineer an escape

Cheers

No can do Roger. The high street where my shop is, is having a Christmas Shopping event and Christmas lights switch on. We are manning a mulled wine stand. Unless I can change the day of the event, I'm afraid I'm out.
