Hello all. I am posting this to promote the club I am a member of. I was speaking to one of the committee on the river side and he said that this year membership was considerably down.

I am not sure whether it is the credit crunch or not. But the fishing has been very good this year with the mayfly pretty strong and a good hawthorn hatch is happening most evenings.

The river itself is great fun with over 7 miles of fishing. At least 2 miles of that is reasonably easy access the rest is wild and you will get it to yourself.

Any one interested in membership let me know and I can arrange a guest ticket to try it out. Clubs website is below.
