Default July 09 Carron Day Out - DATE VOTING & DISCUSSION. Voting closes WEDNESDAY

Right,

Now that Carron was a runaway winner its time to get dates sorted.

I spoke to Frazer and he said that Sunday 19th would be best for them but also that he would be able to host us on Sunday 26th if we gave him enough notice hence why the poll closes this Wednesday.

From previous discussions it would appear that a Sunday is suited to most people so lets get voting.

I have cleared it up with Frazer that if you want to go you will have to book your boat/bank ticket in advance but you can pay on the day for it if needed so that nobody is left out of pocket.

Please only vote if you are serious about attending.

Looking forward to seeing you there whatever the date!

I voted for the 19th but would endevour to make the 26th. Whatever the date and if I managed (hopefully I will) then I would be fishing traditional scottish loch tactics for the browns. If anybody else prefers to fish for the browns and not the pellet pigs then they are more than welcome to join me.

Have you caught a Carron rainbow before? Don't think you can describe them as pellet pigs can you?

Walker

Pointy Shadow, my apologies for butting into your thread.

19th would be good for me - doubt I would get away with 26th, given that on the 25th I'm fishing Carron during the day and then Menteith in the evening in the Scottish Clubs!
Anyone else doing the Lake that evening?

Guys - can you post in here if you are able to make the date that you have not voted for please?

That way we will know what day will be the busiest and we can book it for then.

I can make both days.
