Default Spring Flyfair....come and say hello!

Hi Everyone,

A short while ago i had a small discussion on the "early season trout" thread regarding myself and John Tyzack being at the "spring fly fair". We have been lucky enough to be invited by Steve Cullan onto the Total flyfishers stand for the weekend. We are both very excited to be attending and hopefully the next part of this post will not offend or be taken as anything other than a post to let people know we'll be there. Of course we will be there with the 2 dvd's we have on sale ( i know it sounds like self promotion, but if i hadn't said it you would have all pulled me for it ), but one of the most exciting reasons for being there will be to meet everyone. Put a few faces to the people who's names and posts i have been reading for the past 2 years. If you're attending it will be nice if you could stop by and say hello. We will be signing any dvd's bought (not only on the day, but if you've already bought one.....bring it along). Also if by chance you are a fan of either "Life on Mars" or "Ashes to Ashes" and have the dvd's to either, you're more than welcome to bring em along (i cant promise Gene Hunt, but Raymondo will be there to sign). Finally JT and myself will be tying some of the flies used in both dvd's (mainly JT cos im not good and he is, but i will be tying one or two).

The top and bottom of it is........if you're there, come and say hello and have a chat. As most people will tell you (my wife included) i am willing to talk all day/weekend about fishing. It will be nice to meet you and talk all things fishy

Regards and tight lines

Dean Andrews (Deano)

Default Both DVDs

Hi Deano,
I've just got the second DVD, "Small stream trout fishing from www.fishonproductions.co.uk ", so may well bring em both along for signing if thats OK? I'm not sure how long the second DVD has been out for, but I can thoroughly recommend it, incase anyone was thinking about picking up a copy, looks like you had great fun making it.

Cheers

Hi LG1,

We had one of the best days river fishing i've had making the "small streams" DVD. Im not sure how many we catch on the dvd itself (maybe 20-30) but you can at least double that for how many we caught on the day that didnt make it to film. By all means bring the dvd's down and we'll gladly grafitti them.

cheers

Deano

Hi Lee...

Blimey mate! That was quick! I didn't even know you could get hold of it until two days ago!!! Glad you liked it and as you rightly say, we had a LOT of fun making "Small Streams"

Looking forward to catching up at Newark on Saturday and I'll certainly deface your new DVD for you. If I can teach Deano how to write his name, then you can have both signatures

Cheers,

JT
