Just a reminder folks, I'm doing a tuition day at Meon Springs on the 7th February. It's basically a normal days fishing at a great fishery and I'll be offering tuition all day at a reduced rate of £20/hr.

There's only a week to go, and there's still some places left, so come on, it'll be warm again by then

Perhaps another time as I'm just down the road from Meon Springs. Sadly working on the 7th.

OK then folks, at the moment I'm only down for two lessons from the forum at Meon Springs, I am expecting a few more from the fishery itself, so I still have a few places.

Organisation wise, it'll be a nice easy day, we're not rushed or overbooked, so I'll turn up at 8.30ish, and we can have a chat about when to do the lessons. I know Gav anyway, but if the rest of you can introduce yourselves, and we'll sort out a slot for you. Bring your normal fishing stuff, I'll bring the wool

EVENT CANCELLED

Unfortunately, after consultation with those booked, the weather forecast is looking so bad for the weekend that the event has been cancelled, primarily because the forecast snow would make the travelling too dangerous for those coming from any distance.

I will rearrange another event for later in the year, probably April, so keep an eye out folks.
