Default Stuart Crofts at Bolton Fly Tyers 18th Jan

Stuart Crofts - angler and entomologist extraordinaire - is giving a talk at Bolton Fly Tying Club Bolton Fly Tying Club this Tuesday evening the 18th of January.

Talking about fishing free stone rivers and tying a few flys, talking about CADDIS.

Non members are more than welcome £4 on the door.

Upstairs at:-
The Beehive
Chorley New Rd
Horwich
BL6 4BA.

My personal view is that hes the best presenter on the circuit - very entertaining and most informative.

If I may be so bold
I too would like to attend.

I’m glad you said upstairs, as we had our gun club AGM at the Bee Hive in December and I sat at the bar for half an hour thinking it had been cancelled.

Wait till you see the size of me................... Ill sit at the back.

Thanks chaps

Enjoyed the evening and well worth the four quid.

Picked up a few priceless tips and as a novice tyer has spurred me on to attempting a few under size 6.

With hands like 4lb of badly wrapped sausages it’s a challenge to work my vice sometimes but my highlight was seeing that little bit of clear tubing used to push back the dangly bits so you can finish the fly.

Once again many thanks.
