Wow

I wonder if the 'chirps' would have been the same were it a tuna or a string of mackerel lying on the slab.....?

Pray tell why the difference in views of a trout vs some other fish?

I can just about understand were it a wild chalkstream fish but even then, surely one is entitled to take one or two for the pot?

Just a thought!
