Just googled that brook and it looks lovely, not that far from me either, one to tuck behind my ear maybe, so thanks! A 4m whip looks a good bet for that. If you don't fancy paying postage you'll be able to pick one up from any decent tackle shop, maybe Total Angling in Shrewsbury if its the SAF stretch you're fishing.
