In my opinion there would be only one choice for a "proper top end" pin but it would not be a new one; keep your eye out for a secondhand Match Aerial. It will also probably get you back what you paid for it should you ever want to move it on.

depends how much you want to pay for one? I could show you links with reels up to £1000 and beyond. Im looking at 2 reels in front of me in excess of £600 and I dont class them as top end but suffice.
Lets just say I have a few pins and if you wanted a decent one for around £300 then you wont go wrong with a JW Young Purist or if you have some more cash to spend look at a custom adcock stanton. You can have a few things engraved onto it to make it more personal, and they are excellent reels.
This one cost me £500

adcocks are good solid reels, if you dont want this sort of design and are looking for an aerial design then I would give Gary Mills a ring for £500 Im sure he can help you out. The Mill Tackle Company Limited: Hand-built centrepin fishing reels

If this is only going to be your 2nd centrepin though I would play safe and buy something off the shelf and not bespoke, I would recommend one from the JW young Stable:
J W Youngs Reels
