Default Fife Casting Club

Has Brian left the forum?
Looking back to see when/if his casting clinic was going to go ahead, I think it's his posts that are now listed as guest.

If not any update Brian.

Stewart,

I would be up for this, let me know location etc. Would be good to learn from someone that actually knows how to fish.

Walker

PS. I have some new dries for you to try out ;-)

Hi Guys.
Just to let any interested parties know that the Casting Club will be up and running on Monday evenings from 5/4/10.
There will be a 6:30 Start at Fortsprings Fishery which is above Kennoway
There will also be one Starting on a Thursday at a bigger venue but due to a minor hiccup it has been delayed slightly.
There will be some good gear from leading manufacturers to have a wee chuck with.
We will also be trying out some accuracy casting and slackline and spey casts so it won't be just about how far you can chuck a fly.
Please be assured there are no ego's at this club, we are here to help so don't be afraid to come and ask or even just to have a look. I Look forward to seeing some old a new faces.Hopefully when we are up and running we may have some of the Glasgow Casting Club over to show us how they do it.
Please PM me with any Questions.

Brian
