This apparently can help with tennis elbow, what about aches & pains from casting;

I eat on average around two curry's a week,one the wife makes the others a sit down.I still get aches and pains after a day's fishing,so IMHO it's a load of bull

ditto to that Chelsea avid curry eater here and still sore after a day out
