Directions: Leave M25 at J28 north east on A1023. Travel to double mini rd. abt. in High St. Brentwood. Turn north west on A128 towards Ongar. At third mini rd. abt. turn rt. into Doddinghurst Rd.. The Brentwood Centre, which has a cafe selling simple meals, is 1 mile on rt..

I will be there for anyone wanting to join or to renew their membership.

It is a really good family day so come along and see what the BFCC is all about.

Short casting lessons is available free to members and £5 for 15 minutes for non members.

We also run a badge scheme for those that want to "Go For Gold"

These badges start at 20 yards then go on to 25 yards 30 yards and so on.

I know there will be at least 25 people to start with and more as the day goes on, so I hope to see you there.

For all you saltwater fishers we now have a 9 weight section.

I am looking at making a few changes to the way we compete and might add accuracy as well. This will be a dress rehearsal for the creation of an overall BFCC champion at next years Brentwood meeting.

Mike Marshall will be concentrating on instructing and Granty will be taking your money and running the badge scheme.

Those of you intending to compete please don't be late.

Thanks Tomo, it did go rather well didn't it. Congratulations on becoming 'unofficial club champion'. Keep up the good work and we might make it official next year.
