Launching Nymph

Tomorrow I'm launching my boat for the first time. She's been checked and double checked and I'm itching to get her out on the water. I'm looking forward to spending long happy days on her bobbing about on the waves of Lough Derg.

All is left for me after that is to christen her by catching my first trout in her.Hopefully I wont have to wait too long for that

Well lads, She went in this evening. We were little late getting to the lake so we didn't fish at all. We just took her out for a bit of a drive arround the bay. It was as sweet as a nut. The engine was a dream compared to my 8hp Johnson.Over all I was delighted to be back on the water after a long winter layoff. Hopefully soon I will christen her with a trout or two.
