Why do you want to do this.
If it's in the belief that you need to discharge your leisure battery to stop it getting a memory. it's total rubbish,Don't do it.

Jim is absolutely right. Lead acid batteries don't develop "battery memory" and don't need to be deliberately discharged as part of normal maintenance.

If you're putting your battery into storage for the winter, it should be stored with the cells topped up with water and the battery should then be fully charged before storage.

Part of the job I am now retired from was maintainance of fork lift truck batteries

The guys above are absolutely correct. The only thing I would add, is that when storing over winter, after topping up and fully charging - store them in an environment where the temperature is as stable as possible.
Heat will cause evaporation of the water component of the acid - cold to the point of freezing can burst a plastic walled battery.

You don't want to do either of those - it's expensive

Everyone who has already said you shouldn't dis-charge your battery are absolutely correct. I run a mobility shop and we have similar batteries to the one's you are using for our scooters.
If you fully dis-charge a leisure battery (sealed lead acid or gel) the charger you are using might not be able to re-charge the battery as the charger needs a certain amount of voltage in the battery for it to recognise there is a battery there in the first place. If you are storing the battery over the winter, you might find it useful to charge the battery once a month or so to keep it topped up. Lakefisher is correct with storing the battery in a constant temperture enviroment, batteries hate the cold!
