Default Corrib Kayak Slam...

Hey guys if you get a chance to scope this month's issue of Total Fly Fisher - you'll see an article of mine from adventures on L. Corrib last season - 'The Corrib Kayak Slam'. A trout, pike and salmon on the fly in one day on Corrib, all landed from the kayak. Worth a read whilst sitting on the bog.

Cheers,

Brent.

That's quiet an achievement, well done. Might have to buy that then not bought a mag in years.

Thanks ROOK very much appreciated. Peeping Caddis of TFF was awesome to deal with - made the whole experience with the mag. article a real joy.

Read you article Joey, besides your mangling of the queens English it was quiet good

I think though the real slam, should be the Silver Slam, Salmon, Sea Trout and Bass.

Bass might be tricky up in your neck of the woods.

Or you could go for the Corrib slam again, maybe tweak it a little, rename it to the I'm Not a Lazy B@stard Slam and paddle between the Pike,Trout and Salmon hot spots

Thanks boss... - Lazy B@stard slam has a nice ring to it... maybe a leather sofa in the boat come duffer's fortnight. My days are limited now and apart from a few days in April it will be time to pack it in.
