Hello mate,
I tube a bit around the north west, Esthwaite is a good water to learn the ropes on as you don't have to go far and is usually well protected from the wind. I have tubed Stocks a couple of times but it is a bit daunting for a beginner, Seriously there's nowt to it but if you'd feel better by having someone go out with you on your first trip and you fancy trying Esthwaite I'll come with you. I believe Arnfield allows tubers and though I've only fished it from a boat I would like to try it from the tube so perhaps we could arrange something for there.

Let me know if either are of use to you??

Matty

Cheers Matty I would appreciate it!
would just feel a little better if I was with someone who's wet there legs a bit Arnfeild is great for me but dont wont to put you out! I bought it mainly because Arnfeild Walkerwood, and Curly's are all within 40 min drive from me so did'nt think I'd be wasting my money would also like to get away a few times maybe and try some of the bigger ones once I feel at ease on it ATB Keith...

I dont tube myself but fish regularly at raygill in lothersdale, its between colne and skipton. give em a call: 01535 632500. £2.50 per hour then £15 for a whole day (dawn till dark) so its a bargain too. Quarry lakes about 4 acres and you tubers always do much better than me!!!!
Had a cracking day today with mi paa.
