Just to give you all a laugh !

Last month I finally got my hands on a sensible material I could applique with and so I fulfilled a long term desire and have made myself an all black float tube with typical Orca markings on it - a very silly facial expression and deadly red centred eyes !

Last week I took it on its first outing - a talk I was giving to SATA in Rotherham - some folks actually cheered - others were less complimentary
I understand a photo has been taken and I may yet add it to this thread !

It is very silly indeed !

And if you want one you can go make it yourself ! It ain't for sale !

Opinions vary as to what I should call the thing - some favour Free Willie and others Wee Frilly !

You can now all clearly understand the we in the Manufacturing End of the Fly Fishing Trade have so little work that we are being driven quietly crackers ! Maybe the Chinese will come up with a Dragon Variation to bollox the job completely !

No , the best suggestion so far is that I could modify and wear the Witch's Hat my youngest granddaughter wore at Halloween !

She is opposed to this suggestion .

And it wouldn't hold in a wind - but we're working on it !
