Default Are kayaks included in this section?

Just a quickie, as more and more people are using kayaks to fly fish from, both for pike and for salt water species.

I have writen a couple of articles for th esite, btu they have disappeared into the ether and the admin can't find them...something I did when I pressed the send button apparently. Blasted technology. I am not up to speed with it at all, but I have been fishing out of a kayak since 1973....

Do you not think it's time to come ashore and stretch your legs...

@Tailing Loop - do you also use one of the open Kayaks or one of those American ones that looks like a navy seal lost it whilst on patrol?

Just happens my snowbee deep blue 10wt has the fighting grip.
Comes in handy when your getting towed around L. Corrib by double figure fish.

For casting off the yak (for pike) in most situations Dingbat I use a 9'6'' 10 wt - Partridge S-Series rod. The extra few inches is an added bonus for apply angles of pressure on a fish in confined spaces and when your centre of gravity is low to the water, any extra casting leverage is always welcome.
