Very strange, caught my first double there on Saturday and there must have been at least 20 fish in Spring Lake, admittedly mostly stockies of course. As you say, conditions were way better but honestly it was like casting practice there until the sun hit at 2:30pm. Surely catch records are being replenished, obviously if entered.
