Me neither - I spoke to John H yesterday whilst he was on chew, around lunchtime - they had had half a dozen in the boat by then - so the fish are there and can be caught. Of course it can be hard (i've been on there enough times in the english team final on the lexus in mid summer and struggled along and had to work very hard for a few fish) - but ultimately the matches produced fair results with a good spread from the top rods downwards - hard fishing, yes but a good contest - would a blob race be a more desirable way of sorting a National out???? not for my money.
